Major Real Estate Expansion on Wyoming Road
DTP officials are moving forward with plans for a brand-new 100,000-square-foot life sciences facility on Wyoming Road — a three-story multi-tenant laboratory space in partnership with South Duvall and Scheer Partners designed to max out the original campus footprint. Clinical research titan QPS Holdings is also set to become DTP's largest corporate footprint, leasing over 55,000 square feet inside the new 6 Innovation Way complex, with its first phase scheduled to open for equipment onboarding.
Sepax Technologies Prepares Out-of-Park Relocation
Longtime tech park standout Sepax Technologies is preparing to transition completely out of DTP, filing planning logistics with New Castle County to build a 137,900-square-foot corporate headquarters at nearby Glasgow Commons park. The move is driven by rapid growth in its liquid chromatography and pharmaceutical molecule-separation business lines, shifting operations from incubator lab space into massive standalone industrial production.
The Precisionists Inc. marks 10 years with new national partnership
